Pure comedy, yea?
Japanese: My Boss My Hero and Samurai High School are literally the best laugh-out-loud comedies I’ve ever seen. I’ve suffered some severe second-hand embarrassment for what these boys go through XD Risou no Musuko, Stand Up!!, Switch Girl, Yukan Club, Nodame Cantabile, Rich Man Poor Woman, Hanayome to Papa,
Korean: My Girl, Full House, Rooftop Prince, Skip Beat (twdrama), My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, Flower Boy Ramyun Shop

Actually my favorite of this list), Can You Hear My Heart, Scent of a Woman, Coffee Prince
Also, if you’re interested in any of the currently airing dramas, there’s:
Bridal Mask, Arang and the Magistrate, To the Beautiful You (since you like jdrama remakes ^^) and Reply 1997
Of course there are hundreds of more and plenty I’ve missed, but hopefully you’ll find something interesting in at least one of these! :D
Nodame Cantabile!!!!! This will be the best music/romance jdrama you will ever see. ^^

This is by no means a complete list, just one to get you started! There are also some currently airing dramas like King 2 Hearts and Love Rain that you might be interested in!
I hope that helped!
So you wanna cry, do you? :D There’s two roads you can take here depending on your preference. 1) Stories with sad things and sad endings or 2) Stories that are still happy but mess you up emotionally as you watch them.
I’ll give you some Korean, Japanese, and Taiwanese dramas to choose from (I haven’t seen a lot of Chinese, otherwise I would those too.) Some of these are based on my own watching, and a lot are based on others’ reviews of them. I admit I can’t handle a lot of the sad dramas ever since I saw Hakuouki (an anime) and was completely traumatized. But that’s a story for another day, lol. Onto the recommendations!
Korean
Japanese
Taiwanese
There are a whole lot more, but hopefully these will get you started!
