Sure! I just finished watching “My Boss My Hero” and that was exactly like those! XD Risou no Musuko, Stand Up!!, Switch Girl, Yukan Club, Hana Kimi, Ouran High School Host Club, the GTOs — those are some Japanese comedy ones I can think of.

I've seen close to triple digits amounts of Japanese dramas in the past couple of years of watching them. Recently, I've been trying to get into Korean dramas too, starting with watching some that had been remakes of JDramas that I had watched previously. Would you recommend some Korean dramas for me? I've only seen Boys Over Flowers, Personal Preference, Playful Kiss and Operation Propose. (:

Actually my favorite of this list), Can You Hear My Heart, Scent of a Woman, Coffee Prince

I love korean and japanese dramas the best <3 I have seen: Ikemen desu ne, You're Beautiful, Dream High 1 & 2, Heartstrings, Shut Up Flower Boy Band, Mary Stayed Out All Night, Kpop: Ultimate Audition, and I dropped The Musical. So you know any others?? Thanks ^^

Nodame Cantabile!!!!! This will be the best music/romance jdrama you will ever see. ^^

Hmm… I’m not sure that I know any that are medicine only :’( Most all have something to do with surgery one way or another.

So you wanna cry, do you? :D There’s two roads you can take here depending on your preference. 1) Stories with sad things and sad endings or 2) Stories that are still happy but mess you up emotionally as you watch them.

I’ll give you some Korean, Japanese, and Taiwanese dramas to choose from (I haven’t seen a lot of Chinese, otherwise I would those too.) Some of these are based on my own watching, and a lot are based on others’ reviews of them. I admit I can’t handle a lot of the sad dramas ever since I saw Hakuouki (an anime) and was completely traumatized. But that’s a story for another day, lol. Onto the recommendations!
